Amy Bivins comes to the firm with a background in business management.  Amy and her husband reside in McDonough.

Donna Forsyth holds a BBA in Marketing Management from Clayton College and State University and received her CPA designation in 1997.

D.J. Fulton has been a Georgia CPA for over 30 years.  He is a former director of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce, and Past President of the Clayton County Rotary Club.  He is currently Treasurer of his church, the Fellowship of Concerned Churchmen, the Clayton County Library Foundation and Rotary District 6900.  D.J. is a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University and the University of West Florida.  He was an adjunct faculty member at Clayton State University for approximately a decade.

Geoff Fulton received his BS in accounting from Berry College.  His career has included employment at Security First Technologies and KPMG, where he worked in the audit department.  He joined the predecessor firm, DJ Fulton CPA in February of 1999 and has headed the audit practice since then.  He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs.  He lives in Fayetteville with his wife Karin and two children Emma and Walt. He is a volunteer coach in the Fayette Youth Soccer League.

Karin Fulton received a BA in Communications from Berry College. She enjoys painting and currently serves as Vice President and Program Coordinator of the Fayette Society of Fine Arts. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband Geoff and their two children Emma and Walt.

Roy V. Hall has over 30 years experience in public accounting. He serves on the Board of Directors of Heritage Bank as well as the Macedonian Call Foundation, Inc. Roy is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a BS in Business Administration.

Adam Hughes came to the Fulton & Kozak family in 2006 as a Loan Officer on the mortgage side. He has since taken a role as a bookeeper in addition to being the Loan Officer. Adam is pursuing a B.S. in Finance at Georgia State University and lives in Virginia Highlands.

John Kozak received his BS in accounting from Berry College and his Master's in Taxation from Georgia State University.  His career has included positions at Marsh Inc. and KPMG, where he worked in the personal financial planning group.  He joined the predecessor firm, D.J. Fulton CPA in December of 1999 and has headed the tax practice since then.  He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs.  He lives in Virginia Highlands with his wife Shelia and volunteers at his church, the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.

Sheila M. Kozak received her BS in finance from Mercer University and her Master’s in Taxation from Georgia State University.  Her career has included positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, a local CPA firm in Griffin, GA and KPMG where she worked in the corporate federal tax and nonprofit tax groups.  She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs.  She is also currently a member of AWN, Atlanta Women's Network, an organization that promotes and enhances success of Atlanta professional women.  She lives in Virginia Highlands with her husband John and their dog Murphy.

Michelle McGlaun is a CPA with 10 years of experience in both public and private practice.  Over the years she has been involved with auditing, acquisitions, financial software conversions, budgeting, implementing Sarbanes Oxley and strategic planning.  Her experience is easily transferred to any entity as it relates specifically to internal controls and an understanding of accounting.  Michelle holds BBA from Clayton State University and served in the Georgia Army National Guard.  She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Georgia Society of CPAs.  Michelle and her family reside in Stockbridge, Georgia.

Dana M. McKay is a CPA with 12 years of public accounting experience, and is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.   She attends Flat Creek Baptist Church, where she serves on the Preschool Committee.  She is an avid reader, and enjoys spending time with her family.  She and her husband reside in Fayetteville with their two children.

Heidi Meyer is a graduate of Clayton State University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and has been with the firm since 2007.  She and her husband reside in Fayetteville with their two children.  She is a Girl Scout troop leader and a volunteer assistant coach in the Fayette Youth Soccer League.

Allen Roark holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Dan Soles has been a member of the firm since 2002.  Dan earned his BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University and has recently received his CPA designation. Dan and his wife reside in Hampton, Georgia.

Jamie Spell joined the firm in August of 2008.  Jamie holds a bachelors degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia College and State University.  He and his wife Haley live in McDonough.

Tara Wilson holds both a B.B.A. in Accounting and a B.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University. She started with the firm in the fall of 2008 and currently resides in downtown Atlanta.

Ellen Woods holds an associate degree in Business Administration from Clayton State College and University.
